  Upon arriving my wife and I found the handicap ramp completely unlit and the door at the top of the ramp was locked. Having to use a walker, I was prepared to find an alternative dining venue, but my wife went around through the main entrance and managed to unlock the door. There was no greeter and the front hall was so cluttered that we had to move boxes to get in. If it weren't for the cars in the parking lot, one would have thought the place closed! The ownership/management seems very lackadaisical and inept.
  The place does have redeeming qualities... Our waitstaff, Mikada, was superb. She was very attentive, but not obtrusive. The chef in the kitchen was also outstanding. My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful meal. Each course exceeded all expectations. The vegetables and fish were fresh and well prepared with a light hand.
  The employees are underpaid considering how much they do to overcome a very poor impression of the management.
